SELF ADHESIVE TAPE – PEEL AND STICK
Just grab your tile, peel, stick and hold for a while for permanent adhesion
- Sort the tiles with self adhesive tape to help you apply them easy direct to the wall.
-Since self adhesive is very strong and one-time use, do not press the tile to the wall until you are certain that perfect placement has been achieved. Each time the adhesive touches a surface, tile re-positioning or reaplication, the strenght of the adhesive deteriorates itself, a new adhesive layer should be used.
- Press the tile firmly against the wall for a couple of minutes to activate the adhesive and create a permanent bond.
DIRECT CONTACT GLUE
Although our self adhesive tape should be enough for a permanent installation, depending on final destination wall surface and environment conditions, we recommend to use contact glue for a perfect and long lasting adhesion.
- Simple apply the contact glue with a spray gun, scrapper or brush on both surfaces, wall and backside of the tile.
- Wait few minutes until the glue becomes tacky
- Place the tile carefully on the wall and hold it for a while until if full adheres, pressing firmly all sides of the tile.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Installing and checking wall surface
- Peel, stick and press each tile firmly against the wall for a while to activate the adhesive and make a strong bond, otherwise a weak bond may occur.
- Apply tiles only on smooth, flat, rigid, non-flexible surfaces.
- Repair cracks, fill joints and wall imperfections to get a flat, even surface.
- Wall surface must be clean of debris, dust, moisture or any other materials.
- Remove any loose, flaking paint and/old wall coverings before installing.
- Paint must be completely dried before atempting to fix the tiles. Consider that dark coated paints take longer to set.
- Color the wall surface matching the tiles in order to mask any peek-through associated with tiles
- Draw sketch lines on the wall based on tiles measurements and place each tile on its place following the design/pattern, do not rely on just butting tiles together.
- Unpack your tiles once arrived for inspection and do not keep in storage for long period of time. Any question after checking, please contact us inmediately.
- Avoid using the product with direct sunlight or moisture contact. Although most of our materials are strong enough to work under different conditions, it is not guaranteed against fading or discolor.
- Do not stack padded tiles or place heavy objects on top of tiles, it may damage the leather and/or tile structure.
- Arrange the tiles on the floor before installing on the wall
- Follow our easy installation guide to help prevent damages to the tiles and any other sorrounding area.
PARTICULAR CONDITIONS
Our tiles has been tested for long lasting and heavy-duty contract solutions.
Due to our base material and components and tile structure and depending on the leather choice, they can be used for residential as well as hospitality, aviation or marine destinations, even on washrooms or powder rooms with no direct or constant contact with water like basins or showers.
Our tiles components are made of self extinguishing materials following EN-13501 B-S3, D0 Classification, using leathers approved FR BS-5852, EN-1021 and some up to Crib5, suitable for almost any comercial destination; ask for further details based on your choice and project. Always check product specs sheet before making your choice.
We offer a wide range of raw materials, shapes and patterns to produce infinite tiles combinations.
However, we produce custom tiles upon customer request making each project completely unique and exclusive.
Tile shapes, measures and patterns offered as standard can be re-scaled to fit your wall. Just select your preferred pattern and provide the dimension of the space. Our developing team will scale the design to fit your wall expanding or shrinking the tiles and patterns accordingly.
Our leather tiles collection is a one-time use product and should not be applied multiple times to a wall surface, hence, quality of the product will not be guaranted after its first application.
Since our tiles are a permantent wall application, once fixed on the wall, Miyabi casa will not be responsable for any damage that may happen in case of taking down the tiles including damages to the walls, sorrounding surfaces and tiles itself.
Check all products for pattern, color, quantity and any other aspect before installation. Miyabi casa will not accept claims or returns once the product was applied on the walls.

Important: Claims for labor charges and any consequential damages will not be allowed under any condition. Please do check our general conditions and installation guide and suggestions before proceeding.
All our sales are final.
We strongly recommend to inspect all the tiles once received and before installation.
Only products with manufacturing faults can be returned or replaced with previous written consent from Miyabi casa.
Unauthorized returns will be refused at the customer’s expense
Tiles that have been installed on a wall will not be accepted to return under no circumstances.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
GENERAL CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Our tiles do not require a specific care and maintenance, but a regular cleaning with mild brushes or soft clothes, just to take out dust from the surface to help a long lasting of the product.
Genuine leather and synthetic leather are easy to clean on most of the everyday stains, always following technical specifications of the raw material used.
Please inquire for detailed recommendation on the material and type of stain to remove.
